Are there any waterparks or amusement parks in Kelowna, BC?

Question

If not, what else is there to do, for kids ages 13 and 15. Everything I can find is vineyards museums and orchards. Which we don't want. If not name a few other interesting vacation spots in Canada. Websites for amusement parks or waterparks would be helpful, thanks.

there used to be a flinstones park, and nearby in westbank there was waterslides and an old macdonalds farm.... but there are still lotsa beach, hiking, and plenty of sights in or near ktown

Yes, there are a lot of waterparks and amusement parks in Kelowna.  I went to Kelowna several times when my kids were younger just for the amusements.  Besides the beach, there are waterslides, minigolf, arcades, race car tracks, the Flintstones park, laser tag, etc.  Lots to do.  Kelowna is geared toward family tourism.

The water slides and parks are gone now. But there are still lots of beaches. There is Scandia, which is a good amusement park. No rides, but batting cages, mini-golf and games. On the West side, there is paintball and go carts. A couple of riding stables, also. Hiking, swimming and camping is popular. There is a decent sized mall. The Okanagan Sun football team is very good, and there is the Kelowna Falcon baseball team, too. Down in Penticton, there is the channel you can float down. 4 hours for the whole trip, or a stop at 2 hours.
