Are there any way to get legit legendary pokemon in Pearl?

I was wondering if there was any way to get pokemon like mew any other way besides going to the Nintendo events or using any cheat codes?

Trading or by a miracle like mines ( in PKMN Crystal a Mew appeared on my PC Box without linking or using cheats and one day I went 2 play and the save file was corrupted x_x).

unfortunatly there isent believe me i tried i had to buy action replay in the end i mean you u could trade mew from nother game but youd have to have cheats on that too the only other way i could think of is get them off your m8s or get wi:fi
