Something that will let me download pictures of my rooms, and let me place furniture in them to see how it looks? Any sites like that?

Try ethanallen.com.  I'm not sure you can upload your own pictures, but you can put in all your dimensions and rearrange using their furniture.  Good Luck.

this one won't let you download your own photo, but it is a really cool design tool.
