Yep, there are tons of good ones.  Here are some of my favorite links.  These links will get you started.  On these sites, there are links to even more sites.  Just click around till you find something you like, there's everything from frame and canvas, strip boats, to stitch and glue (the easiest and quickest way to build a canoe).  They have lots of tips on building too.
