I don't think they'll ship to just any FFL. You find the gun you want and if they have it in their warehouse they'll ship it to an FFL in your area thats a part of their network.

There are alot of good sites, but a lot of them specialize in specific types of firearms like AK's, AR's, Enfields, etc. Gunbroker, eBang, and Impactguns are good places to look in general, but for more specific needs, especially when it comes to surplus military rifles, do a quick google search and you will find all sorts of websites.
