The things in outer space (even the moon and nearby planets) are so far away, that they would look exactly the same in 3d as regular photography.  

But there are many, many places to find great photos of objects in space from telescopes.

MY son has LOTS of pictures of space he has obtained by searching for the Hubble Telescope. I don't know of any in 3D, but the Hubble has produced awe inspiring pictures with normal photography.

Try searching for supernovas, nebulas, galaxies, etc.  It's fun!!
