Are there any websites with videos that I don't need broadband for?

I don't have broadband but I wanna watch videos =P

Realistically, these days. not so much for the streaming. You can watch an itty bitty blocky version on some sites, but it's like looking at an animated postage stamp.

If you want to watch vids on your computer and all you have dialup, you should probably decide what you want to watch tomorrow, and download it while you are sleeping.

You 'll be looking at a lot of "Buffering" time when you try to stream stuff.

You can, but it will just take you (way) longer to load the video's. Faster connection=faster video (down)loading, regardless of the website (to a certain extent).
