Question

tube who have conceived quickly after their ectopic? Mine happened 1/15/2007 and still nothing! What can i do to help conceive? Thanks!

If one tube is ok then of course there is still very good chance to becoming pregnant.  It'll just be half the chance you had before.  The ovaries alternate in releasing an egg each month..meaning, this month ovary (A) would release, then next month ovary (B) will release.  So, that means the tube corresponding to the ovary will "catch" the egg that is released.  You should be able to get pregnant every other month.  Problem is, if you don't which ovary is releasing which month, you won't be able to pinpoint it.  You could always just make sure you have s*x during ovulation EACH month, eventhough you know one month doesn't count, that way you'd be covered though.
