Are there anything to get rid of a big birthmark?

Well, I was wondering if there was any creams or anything that can get rid of a big purple-ish pink-ish on my tummy. Only if you know it will FOR SURE work, or you have tried it. I was planning to get a belly button ring, but I'm scared my birthmark would be distracting.

And please don't tell me the whole " YOU SHOULD LOVE YOUR BIRTHMARK" because I don't. Thank you =)

Hello my name is angela and when i was 17 years old a started off with a little reddish spot at first from my left buttock all the way down my thigh i thought nothing of it. i thought maybe something i ate irritated my skin and then as months went by it turned in a birthmark like mole i'am now 20 yrs old very depressed and lefted out.please help me is there anything without surgery that can help me i want my life back.and i hate this birthmark like mole I really do.
