Are there astronauts that are biologists too or have biology degrees?

Sure.  Anyone can apply to the astronaut training program - of course, the deadline to enter this year was last week.  They take any kind of scientist, engineer, even K-12 teachers.  That's for the mission specialist positions; the pilots usually graduated from the Air Force Academy.  But being a biologist won't stop you from being an astronaut.
