I have a spinal injury that will not allow me to tum my neck at all. I need mirrors to assist me so I do not have to physically turn my whole body in the car to see left or right. Are there any out there? I can not seem to find them if there are.

  1. I reccomend asking your doctor if it's okay to drive.  You might just irritate the injury with all the forces pushing and pulling.  Even a regular stop at an average speed puts force on your neck.

If any company manufactures such Items, they would probably try to advertise through physical therapists, so I'd start there.

  2. Could you use those humongous side mirrors like they use on trucks? ...or like they put on cars towing rental trailers?

  3. That is dangerous.  For the safety of all fellow drivers, please don't drive.  Consider it a disability like blindness, and deal with it.

  4. Yes. It is one of those small, round, convex mirrors that you can stick to your normal mirrors.

  5. Just go to your local auto parts store and look for a set of "spot mirrors" and they will help you, they come in all sizes, good luck.
