Yes! there's guards there. They watch out for guns and extra stuff that they can tax  you on like electronics, and they also check ATV registrations.

It isn't against Mexican law to leave the country.

And there sure isn't a problem with Americans trying to sneak into Mexico.

And if you are asking about American Guards, then NO.  That would be Mexico's land, and we have no right to be there.

Yes. There are guards on both sides of the border. The ones on the US side are meant to keep illegal aliens and drugs (namely from Juarez) out. Although, I have it on good authority that you can pay a couple of them enough money and they'll just look the other way.

The guards on Mexico's side of the border keep guns (used mainly by the cartels) and illegals from the US out (such as people trying to escape the law or what-have-you). Although, you can pay them enough money to "look the other way," too. I wouldn't try it, however, you might find an honest one who doesn't want your money and Mexican jails are much worse than American jails.

Yes.  Mexican Guards and Mexican Military.  

Illegal activity causes a great deal of trouble.. lots of killings, death, and it is destroying the Mexican Society.  Huge amounts of dope come out.. and the decent Mexicans want that stopped.  Huge amounts of money go into Mexico.. they want that stopped also.
