There are bosses (you can apparently even make your own in a custom level), but the plot for the game has not been revealed.

For the most part I think the environment is the only enemy. Of course you can make the environment look and act like anything you want.

I have read that there will be bosses. And you can die. If you want you can make your own levels and upload them to psn

There's AI patterns you can give to enemies, so no, it's not just the environment.

I think there's a boss called Sackzilla.

i dont think there are bosses the way i understood little big planet was almost like it was a race to the finish maybe i got it all wrong ?
