If you mean the American Buffalo, yes, as said before, in the Zoos. Otherwise we have a particular kind of bovine, the "Bufalo", which is commonly kept in farms, especially in the South. The most known product by this animal is the "mozzarella di bufala": fresh mozzarella, tastier and slightly more salty than the regular mozzarella cheese.
