Lots of them dude. From what I know, as long as you can speak fluently, they'll hire you (well, depends on the company, actually).

And between you and me, I think you don't need to be a College Graduate to be a call center agent. MY GOD you spent 4 years in a higher education academic institution and all you do is answer phone calls? Stupid.

If you are over in Manila you can try Source 1 HTMT and they might have some other call centers as well. I'm not sure where they are located as I have limited internet access, but just search Google. I think it is www.source1comm.com. I work in a call center in the U.S. that is owned by them and our company hires high school graduates.
