well go with calling cards. like 5 dollars last you like2 hrs to a FIX (house phone) and like 40 minutes to a cell phone. Yeah the person who receives the call doesn't pay a dime because that is how it is over there, so you dont have to worry about that.

Actually, those "10-10" number typically charge the most to make a call. If I were you, I would consider purchasing an international calling card. Not only does it cheapen the cost for the person answering your call, but it also allows your more freedom with what countries you can make calls to.

I used web call: you dial it from your Computer then wait your phone ring then pick up your phone wait other line will ring to connect. i used since 1997. i like it so far have permanent pin 10 months expiration.

For a landline phone try Airespring. It's rates are about 5 cents a minute to Germany.

Or if you're willing to get a headset for your computer, Skype-out is even cheaper, 2.1 cents.

There's also Yahoo voice, which is even cheaper.
