if you're talking about being self aware and concerned for your appearance sure but not to the point of actual vanity,  but quite honestly...if you enjoy being vain then go for it it only ever hurts yourself.

My Vanity Case is a good one!  Contains all I need...neatly arranged and compact...Yeah,  the case is a good thing. :)

not sure I know I am vain to some point but I am also not full of myself I do know my boundaries

Vanity in a person makes that person soooo ugly.
