No, humans are all the same species and therefore all races can interbreed.

No in the human species all races can have children, though some blood types cannot mix and due to this some states require a blood test before marriage. If a mother has a negative blood type a positive type of blood from a baby( if she was pregnant) could cause her body to reject the baby making it difficult to have children
