For instance, like not drinking vodka if you've had cognac or something like that. I've heard that you shouldn't drink creamy drinks and the drink beer.

And I'm 24, well of age, just not an experienced drinker.

  1. If it's a hangover your worried about and you plan on drinking liqur then you should most certianly drink plenty of water before had to keep you body hydrated that way when the alcohol enters your blood stream it is diluted more in your blood and allow you to drink without having an instant hangover. I you drink alot of water before you go to bed after drinking you will find that it makes the hangover so much more bearable. I use to drink a coca cola bottle in college half coke and half 100proof southern comfort and before I went to bed I'd drink almost 2 quarts of water and I would barely have a hangover and if I did at all it would only be groggyness and lack of balance. No headaches or vomiting whatsoever. And after your fist meal you'll be ready to party again.I should also add I'm not a acoholic.

  2. You run the risk of a killer hangover if you mix alcohols.
