  1. War. I can't take my daughter who is 4 1/2 to the war museum until she knows what war is. It's not just the trucks and tanks and guns. It's the people. It's what the war does to them and how they're changed by it. She needs to loose her innocence to understand. Unfortunately.

  2. Well One Is How Children Are Made But I guess that doesnt count does it ?

  3. yes words like love, justice, humility, grief

  4. Yes growing up i never understood the word Bigotry. Now i have a right to fully understand it. I knew that word was so hateful but i didnt understand as a child.

  5. Yes, most of them in bad taste ... I didn't know the meaning to some until after high school ... I was quite naive.

  6. I refer you to the song from Hair that ends with:

    Join the holy orgy

    Kama Sutra

    Everyone!

  7. Yes, for example, the word "humility".  I never knew what it meant until I experienced it.  I had so much pride that I thought I was humble, if that makes any sense.  I thought I was, but I sure wasn't.  "I think, therefore I am" is not necessarily true.

  8. Yes, for example, the question you have asked.
