Are there chaos in sonic rivals 2 on PSP?

Plz tell me because I am going to buy that game tomorrow, but if there aren't any chaos it's not worth my time

Are you looking for a Chao Garden like the one in the Sonic Adventure games? I don't think any games have had a Chao garden since Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

Why wouldn't you want to play the game if you can't raise Chao? The Sonic series does have its pitfalls, but it is an excellent series of games overall.
