I just wanted to know if there are any shooting ranges in Germany for civilian use?

Yes: they are called "Schützverein" (literally "shooting club").

There are, but you need to be member of a shooting club

(Sportschuetzenverein) bc. they're the ones who operate them.Furthermore, getting a permission to own a gun isn't going to be easy.

EDIT : Be careful to distinguish between Schuetzenverein and Sportschuetzenverein.A Schuetzenverein is often no real shooting club, but more of a folklore club.
