Are there compatibilities in moon signs.Like sun signs?

Oh yes, most definitely. Also, you can look at the cross of moon / sun to sun / moon compatibilities.  For example, with a Leo moon you might be compatible with an Aries, Aquarius, Leo, Sagittarius sun person.  Or with your sun in Scorpio, you might be compatible with a Taurus or Pisces moon person.  Of course, there are other considerations, but sun/sun; moon/moon; and sun/moon is a good place to start.

Janet's got it. My Aquarius spouse should be incompatible with my Virgo Sun, but his Scorpio Moon just loves my Virgo Sun to death.

Yes. The moon represents emotions, the inner psyche and the subconcious.  This is how we display our emotions. So lets' say I am a Sun in Cancer and Moon in Cancer (which I actually am)  and you are a Taurus Sun and a Scorpio Moon....(We'd have differences on how we deal with our emotions and that of each other but we'd be more in sync than if you had Moon in Aquarius...)
