  1. after travelling to the usa i have to say my country gives more freedoms to myself and my fellow citizens. and i'm not from a third world country. we, at least, have the freedom to say whatever we like to whoever we like and broadcast it on the national news if we like. we don't get hushed up when the government doesn't like what we're saying. which your american politicians have found out to their detriment whenever they have visited. take that black lady of yours that works for bush, rice someone, she didn't enjoy her visit very much when our police refused to do anything about the heckling that went on when she was trying to give a speech on whatever it was she was here for. freedom of speech. one thing we truly have that americans truly do not.

  2. Kind of depends on what you are talking about when you say "freedoms".  All the European countries have the same freedom of speech, the press, etc., as America.  On the other hand, I believe abortion is still illegal in Italy.  But there is a lot more social acceptance of things Americans persecute, like homosexuality, atheism, etc.

  3. YES and NO ,What's your definition of freedom. No civil country allows its citizens to rape ,murder,... with no consequences.Did you get to vote whether or not to have a particular law in your state?  What about seatbelt laws are they protecting you or your insurance companies?Studies have proven that because the driver feels safer,he drives  more recklessly there by creating  more danger to those around him.i.e ..pedestrians,cyclists.Are drug laws protecting you or your company's productivity?Everyone must become more active in our gov. processes to curtail further erosion of  individual freedoms.

  4. Only people who are brainwashed here in America and have never left the country believe that they have so much freedom here. The reality is that Americans have more laws and regulations controlling their actions than any other place on earth. Every American has broken some law at some point in their life, thus we are all criminals in the eyes of this government, they just haven't arrested or fined us yet. With these new Home Land security laws, all of us can be locked up and forgetten about just on suspiction of doing something wrong. Only in America.

  5. Yes, dozens of them have at least the same and in some areas more freedom than in the US.

Whether that is a good thing depends on your view on what society should allow people to do.

In the Netherlands people have the freedom to buy certain drugs while citizens of the US are denied this 'freedom'.... is that a good thing ?

The US does not allow it's citizens the freedom to drive at 120mph on  highways, whilst the citizens of Germany enjoy that freedom... is that a good thing ?

The US denies the freedom to buy alcohol to far more of it's citizens than most European countries do (18-21 year olds), is that a good thing ?

The list is endless, 'freedom' is a much misused word in today's world. One man's freedom is another mans sin.

"If I am not free not to be free, then how can I be truely free"

  6. There sure are, and they are every where in the world. They are in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America, Oceania. Americans are under the false pretence that they have the most socially just system in the world and they have more freedom than any other country.

  7.        I really cannot answer that question , but I can say we are losing our freedoms almost on a daily basis. This country is has become more like a n**i government. You can own it but the government will tell you what you can do with it...

  8. Sure... there are 3rd world countries where you can do whatever the h**l you want...murder, rape, steal.

  9. Mexicans have more freedom because they want more and it is the reason why they want to be in the US - to have more.

  10. Sure?
