Are there courses for Medical office Administrators that help with scheduling?

I work for an extremely busy Ophthalmologist and am wondering if there are any courses that can help with booking appts so the day flows.

I'm sure there are such courses but you won't find information about them here in the Special Education section which deals with educating those with cognitive and developmental disabilities.
