yes there are different blue cards here in Qld which amazed me as I have to get one for construction and then I find out you have to apply for the right one, there is chid care, age care and volunteer blue cards just to name a few.

There are different types in each state. For example, in NSW a blue card is a workplace health and safety card for traffic controllers; in Qld, it is for accredited child-care workers.
