I drink well water that has many minerals in it. If hard water creates spots on my dishes does it create a build up of spots in my body. I use vinegar to get the spots off my dishes, should I drink vinegar to cleanse my insides.

  1. its water man let your body cleanse yourself

  2. Do not drink vinegar!

There are no ill effects from DRINKING hard water.  Hard water contains calcium & potassium, but not enough for nutritional requirements.

It will not leave "spots" in your body.

Water softeners usually contain sodium or potassium resins.  The sodium ones can affect high blood pressure.

Hard water is actually healthier to drink.

If you want you can get a softener filter for your hot water pipe so when you wash dishes, do laundry, etc. they will be cleaner & not build up deposits in pipes.

  3. dont drink vinegar, hard water wont create spots on your body, just dont worry about it.

  4. Good question I've wondered about that myself.  I suspect your body is able to metabolize a lot of minerals.  It uses a lot of calcium, salt and iron in the natural course of events for example, and all that normally comes from food after all.

I've heard that eating a lot of salt may give you kidney stones, the stones being formed of the salt, building up in the kidneys, but that's all I can say.  I would guess too much of anything is liable to cause problems.

Hope you get a response from a doctor or something.
