  1. OK...get some Geography lessons, buddy!

    The Arctic is an ocean, and for the most part it's frozen, so no freaking way to build an Embassy there.

    In case you meant the Antarctica (which is 40,000 km away from the Arctic), there are scientific stations, but no Embassies.


  2. NO.  There are areas of ownership establish in the form of outpost with flags denoting the country but no no embassies.
