Question:

Are there flies in England?

Stupid question I know, but we were talking about flies the other night (as you do) and it was brought up that maybe it was too cold in England for them (I live in Australia, plenty of flies here), so are there?

  1. yes there are flies there, but they all  wear wooly jumpers to keep warm and dty

  5. Yes, we have flies, but they can't be compared to the Australian ones of the red centre (what do they eat when they can't get tourist?) and the notorious Scottish midges are worse by far than even those.

  6. I am English, but have lived in Australia before. We do have flies in England, but they are more good natured and less annoying than the Australian variety.

  7. yes of course we do! probably different species than in aussie tho...we have blue bottle flies and wasps bees ect... we have mosqito's too. Green flies in ur salad ect...lots of them! more so in the summeer though!

    and there are too many of the little things flying about
