Are there flights between norman manley airport in kingston to boscobel airport?

Just wondering if there are any flights from norman manley airport to kingston by any chance? i know in st lucia u can fly from hewanorra to vigie airport (though i've never done it) to avoid that long winding drive and thought i'd see if u can do the same in jamaica? Thanks
