  1. Yes there are. I work with orthotics but never really had that to deal with this much since the individuals didn't have enough leg difference to add to the shoe to make a difference.

    You can get them as heel lifts on your orthotics or they can make the shoe with the heel lift.

    My suggestion would be to go to a reputable chiropracter/podiatrist who can get this done especially for you.
