Are there fractional points in ESPN fantasy football?

Question

In other words, if a RB gets 1 point for every 20 yards of rushing, and the RB only runs for 10 yards, will he get .5 points?

If that is not the default ESPN system, is there a way to change it?

the only way to have fractional points is if half points are awarded for a particular category. for example if players are awarded .5 points/reception or maybe QB's get .5 points/completion

no he will not and there is no way to change it that i know of it.
