Are there frogs that moo like cows?

Hello,

I have just returned home from a vacation to Kauai. Every day and night, I heard a strange mooing sound. It was reasonably loud, but I am sure it was not a cow. There were absolutely no cows near my condo. There were a lot of frogs though. So, I would like to know if anyone knows if these "mooing frogs" exist.

frogs have different croaks, and i have a pool so i've heard them all, so yes they can sound like a cow mooing, definitely. they also sound like screams sometimes! creepy, right?!
