Are there ghost in the hills or mountains where you live?

i live by the hills and there are many stories about people dying there in the old days, like girls boyfriends would take them up to the hills and would murder and dump their bodies down if they wouldnt put out, such stories as that many deaths and murders have occur on the hills because theres usually no one around, and many people who hung themselves back in those old days when houses were miles sepereated from each other, i went down those paths one time and with a group of friends with cars they were joking around and shut their lights off and i saw some balloons floating in mid air on the side of the road with no one holding them, i kept quite but when everyone came to a stop a friend from the other car mentioned about some balloons and i thought that it was only me. so are a lot of these hills in the u.s. haunted?

we dont have mountains or hills where i am....but in loxahatchee florida theres soo freak stuff anywhere else i dont know

North Carolina has the1st ghosts recorded in the Us with the lost colony at Roanoke. Here where i live sometimes i see "orbs" or even mist apparitions.One night I saw around 15 or so small light dancing amidst he pasture with the cattle,so Id have to say the answer is definitely yes.

Definitely, especially when it's virgin forest. Over where I am, we believe that when camping in such forests, it is best to converse as little as possible at night and on no account to answer to any call/whisper of your name unless your fellow camper is right in front of you.

There have been cases of campers who answered to such 'calls' and who then just walked into the forest.

Sometimes they are found (days later) and some of these found have related tales of 'following' a male or a female figure to a dwelling of sorts.

Sorry I didn't want to read all that, so  ummm yeah, I live near mountains. They can be very pretty during the winter.

Many places have stories surrounding them about violent death and murder that turn out not to be true when people actually check the records.  My guess is your area hasn't been the scene of nearly the amount of murder that you have heard.  That being said, I don't know of any ghost stories from the hills and mountains surrounding my particular area, most of the ghost stories in my area come from the cities.

I have been seeing ghost all my life.  Ghost are everywhere.  There are a lot of things that are hard to believe. That what make is world so wonderful.
