If you believe in using fluoride PLEASE DON'T ANSWER THIS QUESTION because I won't listen to you.

I've seen COMPLETELY OPPOSITE responses regarding baking soda and peroxide on here. Does anyone have a solution that they have actually tried and gotten good results?

  1. whats up with fluoride ??? do you have something against it ?

  2. As bad as fluoride is SLS.

Anyway, the Jason line of products (Powersmile) is fluoride free.  Baking soda is abrasive.  Don't use hydrogen peroxide unless it is food grade and properly diluted.  You can also use nothing but a toothbrush:  clean your tongue, your teeth, floss correctly, and rinse your mouth with a salt water solution.  Do this at least twice a day (in morning before breakfast--yes, before--and again before bed).  Also ideal to brush after meals.
