  1. In all actually, all towns that are prone to frequent tornadoes have some type of early warning systems. But don't be fooled into thinking that these early warning systems are absolute. Tornadoes are not as easy to predict as hurricanes. They can pop up without notice. It is always best practice to pay attention to your local weather. As well as to listen to your local Storm Team. Maybe you can take some courses either online or at your local university/community college in the meterology field.
