1.  Who do you propose will administer this $50 million?  

2.  If the donators are already poor, then why would they want to donate $1?  

3.  Repeated television ads are SUPPORTING a corporation (media corporation).  And how is this going to help the little guy?

I stopped at three.  Your 'logic' is really, really fuzzy.  Totally unworkable.
