First answer-It sure is and you don't have to far to look to find one.

Yes, every single location and and every single person willing to submit to an investigation by people fairly following the accepted standards of evidence and methods of science.

Which of course means no place or person unwilling to waste their time with such biased test as set up by the Amazingly Dishonest Randi. (link below).

On the other hand there have been very open minded people that have allowed skeptical investigators like  Dr. Wiseman (and not so skeptical investigators) equal access in order to conduct investigations. However once again a skeptic has practiced bias and

Of course you seem to only be looking for easily debunked locations and nothing else in your biased search.

Scientists and skeptics aren't avoiding anyone.  If they want to be tested, all they have to do is ask.  Unfortunately, the kind who ask usually can't actually do what they think they can, and the kind that charge money for what they claim they can do refuse to be tested.  So those are the ones you should go after - the Sylvia Brownes and John Edwards types who charge big bucks but won't prove that they can actually do anything.  You want scared?  That's where you'll find it.
