actually there is.. the other day i saw on t.v. that the deped already approved home schooling. i also saw at the you tube that the GMA7 & Qtv has featured about homeschooling.

Sorry I don't recall the actual details right now but I remember looking up the possibility of home-ed in the Philippines a while back, for someone else. I think they're based in/around Manilla.
