Question:

Are there jobs out there that do not require that you pretend to be something you are not?

It seems like people, including myself, walk around all day acting. You can't do this or you can't do that because superiors would not approve. I get so sick of this and I feel like I'm living a lie. Are there any jobs that do not hold one accountable to the perceived code of conduct of bosses, coworkers, and the public? Turn me on to them if you know of any.

And theres only room for so many

  3. yes there are, I work in one, along with 500 other people doing shift work at a mine.  our daily routine depends on everyone to "know" what they are doing or the entire "machine" can chunk to a halt. you have to be ready to react to change to otherwise people suffer, even die.

  4. If you find one let me know first so I can apply before everyone else fills all the positions.
