  1. There are not laws to "protect" a womens right to  pump. You have a right to breast or bottle feed. If you choose to pump, you must talk to employer about breaks to pump. a morning break, afternoon break and lunch break should be sufficient to pump milk. If you have a good electric pump it only takes a few minutes to pump both b*****s. It is very hard to manage pumping working, etc. This is why women become frustrated and bottle feed vs breast. I worked as server full-time and bought an excellent breast pump and was able to pump effectively and quickly and still maintain high level of customer service.


  2. There are not. You're talking about the regular breaks that you have to take to pump? Call legal services to see if there's a law you can interpret to your benefit but there are not laws that ensure that you should have breaks to pump.

  3. If you're breast feeding, and I want to get in line, there are no laws stopping me from doing so. And if I scream "Next! You've had your turn!', I am perfectly within my rights.
