Are there lots of stripper bars in nice areas near washington dc or baltimore md?

my boyfriend is in that area and says that they wouldnt go to any because there arent many nice ones and they are in bad areas. is this true?

It's true. In Baltimore, most of the strip clubs are extremely seedy. Of the ones on "The Block" though it is across from police headquarters, most of the girls are obvious junkies. Baltimore and DC are not like Atlanta, Miami, LA or Vegas that actually have attractive girls dancing in nice places without visible track marks and c-section scars.

In the case of Washington, DC, there has been a concerted effort to either close them down or force them into out of the way areas.  There used to be stretches of DC blocks filled with bad stuff--pretty much all gone now.
