yes i think so... alot of super heros ends with "man" like superman,batman,wateverman lol so ya i think there r more male superheroes than female

Pretty much, yes, since the medium was more a "boys" thing instead of a "girls" thing during it's formative years.  There has been a larger influx of female super-heroes, but it definitely weighs in favor of the fuys at this present time.
