  1. there are only muscles in your body or organ 4 that matter when you look inside it that wy you can still live your life until you die with otu thinking about why people are shaped the way they are!

  2. Yes there's a muscle on top our cheek bone. Actually there are a few around our cheekbone, one is called "Buccinator" - acts to compress the cheek towards the teeth and is the underlying muscle. But unlike our other muscles in our arms and legs and abs, our facial muscles can't be defined like that even if you exercise them. Our facial muscle can only be defined as far as it is.

The only way to define and or create a higher cheekbone is to have surgical implant and it's called "Malar Augmentation".

  3. Yes, you to can achieve great results that will last a lifetime by using a step-by-step system that has been used by hundreds of supermodels and celebrities to sculpt the cheekbones, and tighten those slack/flabby areas below the chin, and the best bit..........

It only takes 27 mins A Day for 30 days

As a quick sample I've added a simple exercise that an actress mentioned she used, on TV a few years ago, when the interviewer made a reference to her beautifully firm high cheekbones:

Using your jaw muscles, push your chin & bottom lip out

Then raise your bottom lip up as far as you can over your upper lip

Now using your cheek muscles, raise the corners of your mouth into a smile

Hold this position and count to six

    Repeat 3 times a day

    second link involves surgery
