Are there other sites similar to ebay/craigslist/amazon?

i feel like ebay and amazon just charges too much to post something (ive also heard many fraud stories and what not) that some people may not even buy and on craiglist there doesnt seem to be many users. is there any other site out there that is similar but doesnt have the costs of ebay and amazon but is somewhat popular compared to those sites?

also i was just curious. if you extend the time for an item on ebay, do you have to pay for the extended the time?
