MY HUSBAND AND I DON'T HAVE OUR LICENSES THEREFORE WE DON'T OWN A CAR AND CANT AFFORD ONE RIGHT NOW. HE IS GOING TO BE GIVEN IN LESS THAN A MONTH SO I WOULD LIKE 2 KNOW IF WE WILL BE ABLE TO MANAGE WITHOUT ONE UNTIL WE GET SITUATED.
