Are there pills that u can take for acne?

ok so i was reading a book called poseur and in it there are these twins <a girl and a boy> that both have acne and they go to the doctor and the doctor gives them a pill that they take once a day and it clears there ance < this is not what the whole book is about> i was jw does any one out there have pills that u take to clear ur acne ?? or is it just bull??

well plz let me no i hav used differen but i had a bad reaction w/ it...it have me large blisters under my eyes but it was easy to gat rid of it only took a week but it is all good...i ahve tryed proactive and benza clin also.........i do not care how much the pills are differen and other items that i have used were about 150-250 so i do not care @ this point!

it would be best to ask your doctor. but there are some birth control pills that i know people are on for their acne.

But there are other types of pills as well.
