Are there places in Turkey to take lessons in Arabic?

I'm interested in taking Arabic lessons during my time in Turkey. They would need to be English-Arabic lessons. Also, are there belly dancing schools or private lessons? I'd like to learn that too.

Çetin gave you the answers. But why are you going to Turkey to take Arabic lessons? Can't you take them where you are?
