Not really, because the consoles don't sell for the same price... so a straight trade wouldn't be of equal value.  Not to mention, used consoles are not worth the same amount as new ones.  You can trade in for credit and use that toward BUYING a different console at places like EB/Gamestop, but no one will just let you swap one for another.

There isn't a place that alloows you to do that freely, but you can try traidng it on www.craigslist.com or www.backpage.com
