Are there plenty of ESL teaching positions available in Vietnam?

I'm an undergraduate student who is considering getting a TESL, will I find plenty of work in Vietnam without a bachelors degree?

You can not teach any thing without degree officially. But if you are smart, you can have many students and teach them unofficially and this is very popular in Vietnam

i want to be a english teacher there ? I am not sure it could be without degree, Try, maybe there are some small center get it.

I think I would goodle, yahoo or webcrawler that question.  I know you used to could teach without a certificiate; but I think that has changed now. You might even email their Embassy in the country you reside in. Good luck.
